“The check-in staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The biggest downside was the concierge (timeshare presentation that guests are pressured to attend.) After a long day of travel, we found the sales pitch intrusive and unproductive. We would have preferred a simpler check-in experience that doesn't include a guilt trip and false promises. Our unit was spacious and generally clean, but many features felt dated and showed significant wear. The bed was uncomfortable, some fixtures and doors……

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“Pros: Beautiful views from the lobby/bar area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Cons: Room could use a little upkeep. Pool was pretty small (think extra-large hot tub) and right off the parking lot. Tip: Don’t book the base level room if you want to be able catch a glimpse of Sedona from it. They have one small window and it faces the parking lot.”
